Job summary

Iceland Foods is seeking an experienced HR Case Manager to provide proactive, expert HR advisory support to managers nationwide. The role is field based with travel across the country, and a full UK driving licence is required.

You will manage complex cases, review investigations, and support hearings and appeals while aligning with Iceland Foods’ policies and legal framework. A CIPD Level 7 is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex HR cases.
• UK employment law knowledge and implications for employers.
• Experience advising managers and overseeing investigations/hearings.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advisory service to managers across the business.
• Manage a portfolio of cases with prioritised activities and deadlines.
• Provide face-to-face support on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals.
• Record case details accurately on the Case Management System and drive cases to conclusion.
• Coach managers on people management, communication, and consistent decision making.
