Job summary

You will support absence management, occupational health referrals, and related services while coaching managers to act in line with policy.

The role offers hybrid work with two days in the Derry office, plus remote options. A strong foundation in employment law and stakeholder collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of employment law, especially employee relations – disciplinary, grievance and managing absence and underperformance.
• Ability to interpret and clearly explain HR policy.
• Strong questioning/investigative skills and judgment for advising managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a robust HR Case Management service, ensuring adherence to company policies and a positive employee experience.
• Provide remote support for short-term and long-term absence management, attendance improvement, and related services.
• Coach managers, collaborate with HRBPs, and progress operating efficiencies in absence and performance processes.
• Support mediation, Settlement Agreements and redundancy programs as required.
