Zachary Daniels is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a leading multi-site retailer. The role supports a portfolio of stores and drives the people agenda across the retail estate.

You will partner with store and area managers, coach on employee relations and performance, support changes, and provide advice on employment law and HR policy to foster engagement and a positive culture across the business.

Qualifications

• HR generalist experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of managing employee relations cases.
• Ability to influence at all levels constructively.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience working across field-based and corporate teams.
• CIPD qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store and area managers to support day-to-day HR needs.
• Build strong relationships across the retail team.
• Coach managers through employee relations, performance issues and development.
• Support change management initiatives across your area.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice on employment law and HR policy.
• Champion employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
