Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its supply chain operations in Ipswich. You will partner with senior leaders, coach managers on people management, and drive people strategy in a unionised, fast-paced environment.

You'll shape ER casework, employee relations, and change activity, using data to influence decisions and deliver improvements across the operation. This is a hands-on role where you will be visible at the heart of the business and collaborate with the wider

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a supply chain/operational setting.
• Strong experience working in a unionised environment.
• Confident managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while balancing strategic and operational work.

HR Business Partner Supply Chain

We are working with a fast-paced, operational business looking to bring in an HR Business Partner to support their supply chain function.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, partnering with leaders on the ground and playing a key role in shaping people strategy in a complex, unionised environment.

This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines, you'll be visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the supply chain and operational teams
• Supporting and coaching leaders on all areas of people management
• Leading on employee relations activity, including complex casework
• Building strong relationships with union representatives and supporting ongoing union engagement
• Supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation activity
• Using data and insight to influence decision making and improve performance
• Working closely with the wider People team to deliver key initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment
• Strong experience working within a unionised setting is essential
• Confident managing complex ER cases and supporting senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities
• Strong relationship builder who can influence at all levels
