We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to join this blue chip manufacturing organisation based in Greenock. This site is a key location within this global organisation therefore this role is pivotal across the HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the local leadership team and take ownership of a wide-ranging HR remit in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
This is a site-based role – and with good reason. Being on-site means you'll be at the heart of operations, working directly with managers and teams, seeing the results of your work in real time, and playing a critical role in shaping culture, engagement and performance on the ground. About the role:
As an HR business partner, you’ll bring a broad generalist HR toolkit and proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
