Job summary

DP World is seeking a commercially minded HR Business Partner to back operational teams across Minworth and Coleshill. You will focus on leadership development, coaching and progression, delivering practical sessions to help colleagues advance to team leader and manager roles.

You’ll identify future talent, support succession planning and run development activities while ensuring compliant and timely HR support across the UK network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting operational teams across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to design and deliver leadership development sessions, both in person and virtually.
• Experience coaching managers moving into first-time leadership roles.
• Knowledge of talent development, succession planning and individual development planning.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ACAS guidance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide practical HR advice aligned with business needs.
• Lead and coach a small team to deliver consistent people support across the business.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including ER, performance, absence, disciplinary and succession planning.
• Identify capability gaps and develop priorities and development plans with site leaders.
• Design and deliver engaging workshops and coaching for aspiring and current leaders.
• Support succession planning and talent reviews across DP World’s UK network.
