Ubico Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its People Team and support managers, develop people, and help the organisation achieve its goals. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, apply policies fairly, coach leaders to build high-performing teams, and lead people-focused projects to drive engagement and continuous improvement.

The role may be based in Cheltenham or Gloucester with regular travel across Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at Business Partner level.
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Experience coaching managers through a variety of people challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR support to managers and leaders.
• Guide managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievances, absence, capability, and investigations.
• Help ensure policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
• Coach and support leaders to develop their management skills and build high-performing teams.
• Lead and contribute to people-focused projects that support growth and engagement.
