Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / HRBP to work autonomously at our King's Lynn site. Your HR expertise, flexibility, and strong communication skills will support a proactive, strategic HR service to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Champion group policies, procedures, and initiatives, supporting the delivery of the site people plan.
2. Implement initiatives such as PDR, 360 feedback, 9 Box grid, and engagement surveys.
3. Provide advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring statutory legislation compliance.
4. Advise on attendance issues and participate in audits to ensure compliance.
5. Support employee engagement activities linked to DE&I and wellbeing, and develop community and early career plans.
6. Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote the site as an employer of choice.
7. Advise on succession planning, skills gaps, and work with the recruitment team on talent acquisition and onboarding.
8. Support HR projects and provide guidance to the Site Director and Head of HR.

Requirements

• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environment preferred.
• Excellent skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Resource Link, Open Options, Networx, SAP is a plus.
• Valid driving license required for travel.
