Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Chichester. The role offers up to £45,000 plus a 10% bonus and involves collaborating with managers and senior leaders to drive a strong people agenda while aligning with employment legislation.

You’ll advise on ER matters, coach leaders, support change, and use data to improve engagement and workforce capability across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience within manufacturing/operational environments.
• Proven experience managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence and own transport are essential or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to understand priorities and deliver people plans.
• Manage and advise on complex ER matters ensuring fair and compliant processes.
• Coach and develop managers to build capability and confidence.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and vacancies with Recruitment and L&D.
• Use people data to identify trends and drive improvements in engagement and retention.
• Lead People projects and compliance activities across sites.
