Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading organisation in the UK to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 6-month FTC. The role is commercial, close to operations, and will partner with managers and senior leaders to deliver a strong people agenda.

You will act as a trusted partner, providing pragmatic HR advice, coaching managers and ensuring colleagues are supported fairly and in line with employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing/operational settings.
• Proven track record managing complex ER cases end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience desirable.
• Full driving licence and own transport essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to understand business priorities and deliver people plans.
• Manage and advise on complex ER matters ensuring fair and consistent approaches.
• Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and vacancies with Recruitment and L&D.
• Use people data to identify trends and implement actions to improve colleague experience.
• Lead People projects, compliance activity and continuous improvement across sites.
