Job summary

Vantage Recruitment is seeking a People Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on Derby services. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR delivery, coaching leaders, advising on complex ER matters, and supporting TUPE and organisational change.

You’ll work across the charity’s People function, travelling to Derby and the Wimbledon office as needed, and contribute to improving processes, policies and systems.

Qualifications

• Senior generalist HR experience with ability to coach leaders.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER cases.
• Experience with TUPE, restructures and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on people and organisational matters.
• Provide expert advice on complex Employee Relations cases.
• Lead and support TUPE activities and service mobilisations.
• Support restructures, redundancies and organisational change.
• Guide and develop People Advisors and Administrators.
• Review HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Enhance People processes and ways of working.
