The HR Business Partner will work alongside and within the Community Health Services, Dentistry & Primary Care Directorate as part of the Partnerships, Improvement and Programmes team providing a critical link between workforce strategy and the Directorate's transformation agenda. Working across the Directorate and in partnership with senior leaders, clinicians and stakeholders, the HR Business Partner will provide expert leadership and advice on workforce strategy, organisational change, employee relations and people development, ensuring that workforce implications are identified early and that staff are effectively engaged and supported through change., As an experienced HR professional, you will provide high-quality strategic and operational HR support to your assigned areas.
