You will work with Community Health Services, Dentistry and Primary Care to link workforce strategy with the Directorate's transformation agenda.

The role requires building strong partnerships with senior leaders, collaborating with trade unions, translating priorities into workforce plans, and driving people

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or equivalent in healthcare.
• Knowledge of workforce strategy and organisational change.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, effective partnerships with senior leaders to support Directorate objectives.
• Work collaboratively with trade unions, fostering positive employee relations.
• Develop a deep understanding of service priorities and translate these into workforce strategies.
• Identify workforce challenges and design targeted interventions.
• Contribute to system-wide workforce initiatives and continuous improvement.
