Impact Recruitment Services is partnering with an established Northampton organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 12-14 month fixed-term contract.

This hands-on, generalist HR role supports managers across the business, delivering practical HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including ER, recruitment and onboarding. Salary £40,000-£48,000, office-based with Friday WFH partial hours, start mid-November.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR experience and strong knowledge of employee relations.
• Ready to step up to HRBP or already operating at HRBP level with strategic partnering responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees.
• Support managers with employee relations: performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
• Advise on HR policies and best practices.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure processes are followed.
