Job Description:

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an HR Business Partner (Hybrid) to support the CPO during an exciting period of growth and development for the group. You will provide business partnering support to a specific business unit portfolio, helping to define, develop, and execute the HR agenda and plan within a transformational environment.

This role offers the opportunity and autonomy to work closely with senior leadership across a wide spectrum of HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with employees and 'People Leaders' to implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
• Managing HR processes related to performance management, talent & succession planning, and learning & development.
• Enhancing HR effectiveness through best practice sharing and communication.
• Collaborating with Reward COE to ensure roles are benchmarked and reward proposals are informed.
• Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to support a diverse and high-performing workforce.
• Delivering succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Partnering with Resourcing Team and People Leaders on recruitment processes, including candidate assessment and selection.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar professional environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing change programs. A CIPD qualification is preferred. Experience working in a unionized environment is essential.
