Job description

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an HR Business Partner (Hybrid) to support the CPO during an exciting period of growth and development for the group. You will provide business partnering support to a specific business unit portfolio, helping to define, develop, and execute the HR agenda and plan for your area of responsibility while managing projects in a transformational environment.

This is a broad-ranging role where you will have the opportunity and autonomy to work with the senior leadership team across a wide spectrum of positive HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with employees and "People Leaders" to implement an HR agenda aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and long-term business plan.
  2. Attending stakeholder team meetings.
  3. Managing HR processes related to performance management, talent & succession planning, and learning & development.
  4. Enhancing HR effectiveness and efficiency through best practice sharing and regular communication.
  5. Collaborating with Reward COE to ensure roles are benchmarked and reward proposals are informed.
  6. Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to support applicants and employees of all backgrounds and promote high performance in an inclusive environment.
  7. Delivering effective succession planning by identifying competency, knowledge, and talent gaps and developing programs to address them, ensuring access to talent for future growth.
  8. Partnering with the Resourcing Team and People Leaders on recruitment requirements, agency briefings, and participating in candidate assessments and offer decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a HR Business Partner in a similar professional environment, with excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing change programs. A CIPD qualification is preferred. Experience working in a unionized environment is essential.
