An exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR/OD professional to join the NHS as a Deputy HR Business Partner. This part-time role involves supporting over 1500 staff in the Medicine division, driving organisational development and improving staff experiences. You will engage in leadership, employee relations, and key performance improvements, contributing to the Trust's wellbeing and inclusion programs.
Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated HR/OD professional to join us. This is a great challenge for the right candidate to make a tangible and lasting contribution to the development and stability of the Trust.
The Deputy HR Business Partner will support our division of Medicine, which employs over 1500 staff across a broad range of department and specialties, including the Emergency Department, Care of the Elderly, Respiratory and Dermatology.
This post is available for 12.5 hours per week (to be worked over 2 days ideally).
