We have an opportunity for experienced HR Business Partners and HR Managers to work as part of a team supporting a range of HR activities across BAU and HR Change Projects for an initial 2-3 months contract.
We are seeking HR Business Partners / HR Managers with solid ER and Change Management experience across unionized environments.
You will be ER savvy and capable of supporting managers with managing change, including redundancy and redeployment.
You will support a range of HR activities and undertake 1-to-1 consultation meetings as part of the change programme.
We are looking for HR professionals to join the team on an initial 2-3 months temporary contract via Hays, starting ASAP.
Options for 4–5 days per week, with circa 3 days on-site in Bournemouth, with some flexibility depending on hours.
