Job summary

Eine etablierte Personalberatungsfirma sucht erfahrene HR Business Partner und HR Manager zur Unterstützung einer Vielzahl von HR-Aktivitäten. Diese spannende Rolle umfasst die Unterstützung von Managern in komplexen, gewerkschaftlich organisierten Umgebungen und die Durchführung von Veränderungsprozessen. Der Vertrag ist vorläufig auf 2-3 Monate angelegt, mit der Möglichkeit, 4-5 Tage pro Woche zu arbeiten, wobei etwa 3 Tage vor Ort in Bournemouth erforderlich sind. Qualifications

Job Opportunity: HR Business Partners / HR Managers

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced HR Business Partners and HR Managers to join our team supporting a range of HR activities across BAU and HR Change Projects. This is an initial 2-3 months contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Managers with Employee Relations (ER) and Change Management in complex, unionised environments.
• Undertake 1-to-1 consultation meetings as part of change programmes.
• Assist with managing change processes, including redundancies and redeployments.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong background in ER and Change Management, ideally in large-scale, unionised settings.
• Experience supporting managers through change initiatives.
• Chartered MCIPD qualification preferred.

The Offer

We are seeking a few HR professionals for a temporary contract via Hays, starting ASAP. Options for 4-5 days per week with approximately 3 days on-site in Bournemouth, with some flexibility depending on hours.
