Operating across multiple global offices, we are a dynamic team offering ambitious individuals the chance to thrive, grow, and take their careers to the next level.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role is essential in driving HR excellence across the business, with key responsibilities spanning employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR projects. You'll act as a key point of contact for our London and Glasgow offices, supporting a dynamic, international workforce across the UK, Europe, US, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  1. Lead on senior-level ER matters, including complex disciplinary cases and gross misconduct investigations.
  2. Negotiate and manage settlement agreements.
  3. Handle grievances, restructures, and redundancy processes with professionalism and compliance.

Performance Management & HR Initiatives

  1. Oversee successful implementation of performance review and appraisal processes.
  2. Support leadership in managing and developing their teams.
  3. Champion engagement surveys and other people-led initiatives.
  4. Identify and implement changes to improve HR practices in line with industry trends (e.g., hybrid working, Gen Z expectations).

Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching

  1. Build and maintain trusted relationships with managers and senior leadership across all global offices including London, Bromborough HQ, LA, Dubai, China, and Bangladesh.
  2. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best HR practices.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters in your designated office location.

Compliance & International Liaison

  1. Liaise with external providers on international employment law where required (no prior legal knowledge necessary).
  2. Provide HR support around expatriate staff, visas, and international travel processes.

Requirements:

  1. CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or creative industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Confident handling sensitive employee relations issues.
  6. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  7. Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.

What's on offer?

  1. Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience and whether the role is based in Bromborough or London).
  2. 50% discount on all Oh Polly and Bo+Tee products.
  3. An extra day off for your birthday.
  4. Corporate gym membership (subject to tax).
  5. Cycle to work scheme.
  6. Learning and development opportunities.
  7. Company pension.
  8. Company social event.
