A leading company is looking for an HR Business Partner to manage HR activities across a multi-site business. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies, ensuring compliance with UK laws and enhancing employee engagement. You must be CIPD qualified with significant experience in generalist HR management and proven leadership skills.
HR Business Partner
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £60k per annum, dependent on skills and experience

Location: Office-based role in Wigston with travel to Leicester offices, LE18 4TQ

The Role:
As a result of continued expansion, our client is seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner who will report to the Finance Director. This is an exciting new role for the business where the right person will be able to make this role their own. Working closely with external advisors and senior management, responsibilities will include leading on all employment related strategies whilst closely supporting management, inclusive of driving the recruitment and retention process.
