A leading company is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR services with nationwide travel. The role involves developing HR policies, advising on workforce management, and engaging with senior management for operational alignment. Candidates must have significant HR experience and a strong understanding of employment law.
Annual salary: up to £50,000.00

About the role:
As a HR Business Partner (HRBP), your role is to provide a strategic HR service to senior managers, fostering a culture of empowerment within operational management. You will actively contribute to the HR agenda and participate in regional and divisional operational meetings. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing HR policies, procedures, and operational strategies to align with the Companies goals and objectives. Your main locations will cover Milton Keynes, Peterborough, South Cambs, Rotherham, Darlington, Leeds, and Gloucester.
