The Schools People is a provider of HR & Employment Law Consultancy and DPO Services to Schools, Academies, and Multi Academy Trusts. Through our parent company, Schools Advisory Service, we also support clients with advice on Occupational Health matters. This year, we are launching the Doctor HR service to provide added value.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Schools People Senior Business Partner in HR & Employment Law, with knowledge of GDPR and Occupational Health in education being advantageous. The role is home-based (we will set you up), but travel across the NW and beyond is required to support clients on-site. The Senior Business Partner will deliver HR and Employment Law consultancy, covering the full range of education HR and employment law issues. Contributions to our DPO service or the Doctor HR service are welcome.

• Experience working with trade unions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
