We are looking for a HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and managers, providing HR expertise, a people-focused strategy, solutions, and direction.
You will be responsible for ensuring staff wellness, compliance with employment law and railway regulations, predicting staff needs, enhancing workforce retention, managing termination processes, developing and coaching line managers, talent management, and assessing resourcing risks.
You should have a solid HR generalist background, with the ability to influence managers at high levels, work under pressure, juggle priorities, and be flexible with UK-wide travel.
