The role offers a hybrid working approach, but the ability to support managers within your division, delivering on a wide range of HR activities and line management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage complex ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practices and employment law.
• Support managers within your remit.
• Support with development and implementation of HR projects.
• Develop and deliver staff training.
• Oversee analytics and reporting.
• Line management responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate experience in:

• Working in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partnering model previously.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• UK Driving licence.
• CIPD qualified.
• Up-to-date Employment Law knowledge.
• Experience managing complex ER Cases.
