The Job:

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £75,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

* Design and implementing HR strategies to support and meet business objectives
* Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement
* Effectively communicating business changes
* Oversee the performance management process, coaching manages to effectively address performance issues
* Work closely with leadership on organisational design – facilitating change management and designing development programs
* Oversee ER matters, offering advice and guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution
* Encourage data driven decisions by analysing HR data, identifying trends and providing insights
* Facilitate end to end recruitment for exec hires, identifying needs and partnering with hiring managers
* Maintain up to date knowledge of legislative changes and proactively address compliance concerns
* Spearhead and contribute to an array of HR projects

What is the company looking for?

* 3 + years of HR experience within a partnering capacity
* Bachelors degree within HR or a related field
* CIPD preferred
* Strong knowledge of employee relations
* Strong user of HRIS and other software applications
* Strong relationship builder with high levels of credibility and authenticity
* Impact driven with a desire to take initiative and accountability
