This is an exciting opportunity to support the Children and Young People’s (CYP) team with their people and organizational development (OD) needs. Join our dedicated People and OD team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT), one of the top-rated mental health and learning disability trusts in England, committed to delivering excellent care and outcomes for service users, carers, and families.
You will partner with the Divisional Director for CYP services to foster a compassionate and inclusive workplace environment that enables staff to thrive and deliver high-quality care. Your responsibilities include interpreting NHS and HPFT strategies and collaborating with divisional leadership to develop evidence-based strategic people plans. These plans will focus on:
You will be a key member of the People and Organisational Development Directorate, maintaining effective communication channels and relationships to ensure operational needs are met and strategic objectives achieved.
