Job description

Job title: HR Business Partner

Grade: G

Salary: £39,186 - £42,403 per annum (pay award pending) (rising by annual increments to £42,403).

Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week (a flexitime scheme is in operation). Due to the nature of the role and the Service operating on a 24/7 basis, some occasional evening and weekend working can be expected.

Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Service Headquarters (Salisbury) with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices. Regular travel across the Service area is required, including locations such as Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge, Bradford On Avon, Melksham, Devizes, Calne, Pewsey, Marlborough, Ramsbury, Potterne, and West Moors.
