To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem, we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services, and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division is now seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join the NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER HR team. Some essentials for you to know are:

Location: our offices in London Westfield (Shepherd's Bush)

Team Size: approximately 5 resources

Reporting into: Head of HR, NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER

Contract Type: Maternity Cover

Potential Start Date: June 2025

Potential End Date: March 2026

Working Model: Hybrid

Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Head of HR in managing operational HR topics across the assigned business unit
  • Advising, coaching, and providing first-line support to line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Providing HR advice to employees on all matters
  • Maintaining organization and associate data in internal systems
  • Supporting processes within the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, promotions, and off-boarding
  • Assisting with year-end processes such as performance evaluations, salary reviews, and bonus planning
  • Supporting recruitment activities within the business unit
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes and analyzing HR metrics for improvements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1-2 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced, diversified environment (preferably in E-Commerce or Luxury industries)
  • Deep knowledge of UK labor laws and regulations
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (highly preferred)
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects and advise management
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Workday knowledge (a plus)
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and accountability
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Results-oriented with good time management and organizational skills
