What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience in HR
2. At least 2 years working autonomously supporting key stakeholders
3. Strong problem-solving, influencing, and strategic thinking skills
4. Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, CIPD level 5 or above
5. Confident communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
