An exciting opportunity to join the well-respected People team (ER & HRBP team) at Oxleas as an HRBP supporting our Community Mental Health and Adult Learning Disability Services. You will be passionate about making Oxleas a great place to work, demonstrating engaging and caring leadership committed to tackling inequalities and supporting excellent patient and community care.
Fully CIPD qualified and a current member, you will bring extensive HR experience and a high-quality, solution-focused approach. Strong knowledge of employment law and ER casework experience are essential, along with a proactive stance on change management aligned with the Trust’s strategies. You will act as a full business partner to your Directorate management team, gaining credibility early on.
The successful candidate will be based at Trust HQ Pinewood House, near Bexley, Kent, with flexible home working options. The role involves travel across Bexley, Bromley, and Greenwich, and potentially other Oxleas sites as required.
