Morgan Philips is delighted to be supporting a leading organization in the Life Sciences sector to hire an experienced HR Business partner. As HR Business Partner you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting workforce planning, and driving organizational change initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing insightful HR guidance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and collaborate on strategic HR and talent management initiatives.
- Provide expertise and support in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
- Lead and manage organizational restructures, terminations, and other complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and development of talent and succession planning.
- Analyze and leverage HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and support HR projects across different European regions as needed.
- Stay current on UK employment legislation and best practices, providing guidance to ensure organizational compliance.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong HR generalist experience in the UK, with a proven track record in HR business partnering within Life Sciences.
- In-depth understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Extensive exposure to restructuring processes, handling various termination types, and navigating complex employee relations situations.
- Experience in all HR functional areas, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data to inform strategic decisions.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent professional HR qualification.
- Exposure to HR practices in other European regions is preferred.
