A leading logistics company seeks an HR Business Partner to enhance HR strategy across its operations. This is a permanent hybrid role requiring comprehensive HR support and strong knowledge of UK employment law. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background and proven success in relationship management.

Location: Ryton on Dunsmore (hybrid working) Including travel to Milton Keynes and Slough
Hours: 37.5 hour per week

About the role:
Work with Business Leaders to develop and deliver HR strategy in own area of responsibility, working to deliver both Global and Local priorities, processes and policies. Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders. Provide day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation.
Role specifics:
Deploy the Global and UK business HR Priorities
Provide HR support to Key business Stakeholders advising on HR matters and ensuring that best practice is implemented
Deliver Talent, Succession, Engagement and other initiatives within areas of responsibility working with business leads
Act as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR processes during change projects / programmes
Support HR Projects to continuously improve the offering to the business and colleagues.
HR Business Partner to teams within the business
Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labour legislation
Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations
Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice, analyzing data trends
Support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees
Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program
Conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process
The ideal candidate will have:
