We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join us as an HR Business Partner. This standalone role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality HR services, influence business change, and support our leadership team.
As our HR Business Partner, you will be the primary expert for employee relations, providing strategic advice on HR policies and procedures. You will support managers to optimize team performance, manage business change projects, and ensure the effective delivery of global HR processes such as Compensation, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development.
