We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join us as an HR Business Partner. This standalone role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality HR services, influence business change, and support our leadership team.

About the Role

As our HR Business Partner, you will be the primary expert for employee relations, providing strategic advice on HR policies and procedures. You will support managers to optimize team performance, manage business change projects, and ensure the effective delivery of global HR processes such as Compensation, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
• Provide exceptional support to the business in all HR-related matters.
• Lead recruitment, learning and development, and reward initiatives.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and development projects.
• Manage and implement global HR processes locally, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• CIPD qualification or equivalent, with demonstrable experience.
• Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational design.
• Proven experience advising managers, managing projects, and leading change.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong communication skills with some experience in change management.
