Job summary

Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) seeks an organised, proactive HR Assistant to join the HR function at Perth, with hybrid working. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR records, payroll support, and learning & development, ensuring compliant and efficient people practices. Part-time 22.5 hours per week with occasional Aberdeen visits.

You will contribute to a positive employee experience, working with the HR Officer and colleagues across the charity.

Qualifications

• Has previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR, people or office environment.
• Has excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understands the importance of handling confidential information sensitively and professionally.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships across an organisation.
• Is committed to providing excellent customer service and creating a positive colleague experience.
