Job summary

Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) seeks an organised HR Assistant to join the HR function at Perth/Scone Airport. You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR records, and support payroll and L&D, helping ensure compliant and efficient people practices across the charity.

This role offers hybrid working with two office days per week, pro-rata. It provides exposure across the full employee lifecycle and occasional visits to the Aberdeen base.

Qualifications

• Has previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR, people or office environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understands handling confidential information sensitively and professionally.
• Enjoys collaborating and building relationships across an organisation.
