Elexon is seeking an HR Assistant (Grade 8) to join our Human Resources team on a permanent basis. In this hybrid role, you will support onboarding, respond to HR queries, maintain records, and assist with payroll and training activities.

You will contribute to projects improving the colleague experience across the organisation. Candidates should have HR experience and strong administrative skills, with CIPD Level 3 as a minimum; Level 5 is highly desirable.

Competenze

• Previous experience working within an HR function.
• CIPD Level 3 minimum, Level 5 desirable or progress towards qualification.
• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Mansioni

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide professional service.
• Manage HR inbox, triage queries and refer complex matters to senior colleagues.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including right-to-work, DBS checks, and references.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding materials.
• Deliver new starter inductions and welcome new colleagues to Elexon.
