MHA in Milton Keynes seeks an HR Assistant Manager for a 12 Month FTC. You’ll partner with managers to provide pragmatic HR guidance, support employee relations, and shape regional people initiatives across the region.

Join a people-first firm with strong development focus. You’ll coach a Trainee Advisor, drive culture, and deliver improvements to the employee experience while aligning with firm policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Partner with managers and directors to provide pragmatic HR guidance.
• Advise on employee relations cases in line with firm policies.
• Deliver regional people initiatives aligned with firm objectives.
• Lead People Experience projects and improve processes.
• Build trusted relationships across offices and levels.
• Coach and develop Trainee Advisor.
• Support local leadership with people priorities while ensuring consistency.
• Use people data to identify trends and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, people-focused HR advice across a range of matters.
• Support and advise on employee relations cases with guidance and outcomes.
• Deliver regional people initiatives and operational plans.
• Lead People Experience projects to improve employee experience.

• Support regional leadership on local priorities with consistent practices.
• Drive best practice balancing priorities with regional needs.
