Job summary

Morgan Ryder is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People team on a 15-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover. You will work across recruitment, employee relations, attendance and wellbeing, and HR administration to deliver practical, customer-focused support with a modern, compliant approach.

As a generalist HR professional, you will build strong relationships, advise managers, and contribute to policy improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Advisor or generalist.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide maternity cover as part of People team.
• Support recruitment, ER, attendance and wellbeing.
• Advise across employee lifecycle.
• Modernise HR policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance and practical HR support.
