Job description

Let’s get down to the ‘nitty gritty’ of what the role involves daily:

  • Triaging calls we receive from clients and assigning the work to a member of the team.
  • Providing our clients with answers to their day-to-day HR questions.
  • Working with the HR Advisors/HR Consultants to provide letters, templates and structures.
  • Undertaking HR Administration from designing Job Descriptions to collating Exit Interview information.
  • Collecting Employment References.
  • Drafting Employee Handbooks for new and renewing clients.
  • Designing practical HR and employment law presentations to communicate requirements with our clients and prospects.
  • Responding to email requests for more information in a professional and friendly way.
  • Supporting HR Advisors/HR Consultants with their case work.
  • Supporting our clients with SAR requests.
  • Preparing articles for our newsletter and blogs for our website on employment law and HR advice aimed at small business owners.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of client interactions on MS Sharepoint and the CRM.
  • Attending conferences, trade fairs, expos to represent and promote the Company.
  • Taking details from new client enquiries made over the phone.
What we are looking for

Our perfect candidate will have:

  • A passion for HR and have completed a degree in Business Management, HR or Psychology and be looking for their first job in the profession.
  • Want to work as part of a team delivering transactional HR support to clients across the UK.
  • A confidential approach to their work.
  • An appreciation for data protection, handling data sensitively and securing data held.
  • IT Literacy and be confident speaking on the phone.
  • The ability to show how they embody our core values which are; client’s needs first, caring and honesty, work hard and have fun, go the extra mile, get stuff done.
  • Their own transport, we are about ½ mile walk from a bus stop.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.

We are based in the town of Redditch in Worcestershire and the role will be office based.
