Job description

Are you an experienced HR professional with an excellent understanding of HR? Would you like to work within the education sector?

Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client in the search for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team on a part-time, term time only, permanent basis.

As a HR Administrator, you will:

  • Lead on the recruitment process, including the creation of job adverts, arranging interviews and completing reference requests
  • Send and prepare offer letters and contracts for review
  • Ensure the HR & Payroll records are maintained and updated with new starter and leaver information
  • Maintain driver documentation and complete annual checks
  • Process staff expenses within agreed timeframes

To be successful as a HR Administrator, you will:

  • Have a good understanding of Office 365
  • Hold excellent communication skills
  • Understand and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HR & payroll processes
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be methodical in your approach

In return, my client are offering a salary of up to 27,700 pro rata. Please note, this is a part-time position (20 hours a week) term time + 1 week.
