Express Recruitment is supporting a growing commercial organisation in Nottingham in recruiting an HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in a generalist HR role, with good knowledge of HR & Recruitment policies and procedures, and previous experience in an FCA regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support management with daily HR/employment queries
2. Assist internal colleagues with HR matters
3. Amend confidential documents, including contracts
4. Support recruitment activities, including creating job adverts and reviewing CVs
5. Maintain confidential personnel records in compliance with the Data Protection Act
6. Provide guidance based on HR policies and procedures
7. Coordinate with Payroll and Accounts to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a standalone HR Generalist role
• Experience in an FCA regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Support with recruitment processes
• Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR regulations
