The role
In your new role as a HR Assistant you will be providing high quality administrative support to a busy Human Resources team in London. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain accurate employee records in Workday.Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.Prepare and issue employment, tenancy and other types of references as required.Record and track employee sickness absences accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.Assist with benefits administration, including supporting employee enrolments, processing changes, handling queries, and coordinating with external benefits providers.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in an HR, recruitment, or office administration environment.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients and stakeholders.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Competent on all Microsoft Office applications.
