Job description

Dynamic HR Assistant required for Amazing Corporate PR company in the City.

Duties will include recruitment, assisting in the co-ordinating and scheduling of interviews as well as cv logging and managing the Trainee scheme and intern administration.

You will also assist with payroll and manage the monthly payroll as well as update the HR systems and manage sick leave administration and on and off boarding of employees.

Tasks will include ownership of HR documentation, issuing of HR letters and documentation. You will also assist with probation reviews and manage HR reports as well as arrange promotions and assist with employee engagement surveys. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career in a fast-paced administrative environment. This is a replacement role and you will have the opportunity to develop your HR skills as part of supportive HR team.
