Job summary

HRLife Ltd in the United Kingdom is partnering with a fast-growing legal services group to appoint a Head of HR. You will build the HR function, shape culture and lay foundations to support ambitious growth, including acquisitions and post‑acquisition integration.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll implement HR frameworks, collaborate with Finance on payroll and benefits, and drive leadership development, recruitment and performance processes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive generalist HR experience across all HR disciplines.
• Solid employment law knowledge and compliance mindset.
• Experience of acquisitions and integrating teams, processes and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HR function from the ground up.
• Shape culture and implement scalable HR frameworks and processes.
• Partner with Finance on payroll, benefits and people data.
