Job summary

HRLife Ltd is partnering with a recently established legal services group to appoint a Head of HR. The role reports to the CEO and is pivotal in shaping the HR function as the group expands, with emphasis on acquisitions, integration, and scalable people processes.

You'll lead the design of HR frameworks, systems, and data reporting while collaborating with Finance on payroll and benefits. A commercial mindset and hands-on delivery will be essential to building a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience with employment law knowledge.
• Experience of acquisitions and integration is a plus.
• Commercially minded HR leader with strategic and hands-on delivery.
• Ability to build HR frameworks, processes and data reports.

Responsibilities

• Shape and build the HR function for a growing multi-brand group.
• Lead strategic HR initiatives, culture and employee experience.
• Support M&A activity and post-acquisition integration.
• Partner with Finance on payroll, benefits and people data.
• Develop leaders and improve recruitment, onboarding and performance processes.
