DP World at London Gateway is seeking an HR Apprentice on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will join the People team to gain hands-on experience across onboarding, HR administration, and stakeholder support from day one.

No prior HR experience is required; you will work with an experienced team and receive support to study for a CIPD-accredited apprenticeship, helping you build a career in HR while developing strong organisational and communication skills.

Formación

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication and professional interaction with employees, managers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the new starter process from offer to onboarding.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and pre-employment documents.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks (right to work, references, background checks).
• Organise induction activities with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR.
