• Understanding or interest in the Legal field.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail in work.
• Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.

Aufgaben

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new joiner paperwork and exit interviews.
• Carry out background checks and onboarding for new staff.
• Maintain personnel files accurately.
• Monitor the internal HR inbox.
• Oversee internal systems and databases, updating data as needed.
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Schedule interviews for candidates.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR documentation as required.
