Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English at grade 4 or higher.
• A Levels in Business, Psychology or Sociology preferred.
• Experience in customer service or professional services beneficial.
• Good IT skills and numerical ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative support to the HR team, coordinating onboarding and probation processes.
• Prepare HR correspondence and use DocuSign for letters and reference requests.
• Organise the Insights programme for work experience students.
• Upload headshots to Workday and HR pages on the intranet.
• Run Workday reports: weekly headcount, contact details, and ad hoc reports.
• Update organisational charts and the New Starter tab on intranet.
• Prepare induction schedules and arrange buddies and supervising partners.
• Assist with HR audits and medical questionnaires in NetDocs.
• Handle e-filing and invoicing with the tracker; manage the HR inbox.
