Job summary

Tekhnicon in Braintree, Essex, is offering a CIPD Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship with Colchester Institute. You will gain practical HR experience across onboarding, systems, compliance and recruitment support, while receiving coaching and mentoring in a collaborative team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with one day per month at Colchester Institute for classroom study, and the start date is between October 2026 and January 2027.

Qualifications

• Entry into a CIPD Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship with Colchester Institute.
• Interest in HR processes including onboarding, compliance and recruitment admin.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new HR knowledge in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, HR systems, compliance, employee relations and recruitment administration.
• Assist with reporting and employee benefits tasks as part of the apprenticeship.
• Receive coaching and hands-on practice in a professional HR team.
